I always come back to this place. The staff even brought me water at night. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, cookware, and no pets or smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

Spotlessly clean and in a great location near shops, pubs, and takeaways. The property has two bathrooms and laundry facilities. The self-contained garden offers views of the surrounding woodland. The owners are friendly and welcoming.
There were minor issues such as a shortage of coathangers and cutlery, as well as a lack of proper outdoor chairs. The TV was not visible from all seating areas and the water pressure upstairs was poor.

The property had a lovely patio and free WiFi, which was great for scrolling through Instagram while sipping tea. The kitchen had all the fancy gadgets I could ever dream of, like a stovetop and dishwasher. The location was a nice getaway, far enough from civilization but close enough to the nearest airport and attractions.
Oh, I just loved how the water pressure in the shower was practically nonexistent. It made me feel like I was having a luxurious spa experience, except without any water actually touching me.

During my recent travels, I had the opportunity to stay at Spinney Saxtead Nr Framlingham Air Manage Suffolk. This hotel was a perfect choice for a transit stay, as it is conveniently located near the nearest airport, which is only 60 km away. The database provided accurate information about the hotel's proximity to the airport, allowing me to plan my journey smoothly. The easy accessibility to the airport made my stay hassle-free and ensured that I didn't have any transportation concerns during my short stay.
One minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the late check-in time of 5pm. As a frequent traveler, I am accustomed to flexible check-in options that cater to my needs.

We had a fantastic stay at Spinney Saxtead! the quiet, small village location was just perfect for our aged family group of 7. the bungalow provided ample space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and separate lounge. the friendly owner even popped around on our first evening to make sure we were settled in. the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the bed and linen were of top quality. the surrounding garden was delightful, and we enjoyed spending time outdoors. the proximity to a bridleway for field walks was a bonus, and we also loved the nearby village of Framlingham and its castle. a great experience!

The Patio: I felt like I was lounging in a private oasis, sipping my morning coffee and listening to the birds chirping. It was the perfect spot to start my day, surrounded by nature's symphony.
Cleanliness: Some areas of the kitchen needed a bit more attention. The oven could have used a scrub and there were a few cobwebs and dust on the shelves.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming property. the location was perfect, with Framlingham Castle just a short drive away and quaint pubs within walking distance. the house itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and two bathrooms for convenience. the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, even replacing a faulty toaster immediately. the garden was a lovely space to relax in, with outdoor seating and a view of the peaceful woodland behind. We can't wait to come back!
The WiFi signal in the lounge area could have been stronger.
